36 Standard rooms, 36 Superior rooms and a total of 5 V.I.P., V.V.I.P. and Suite rooms all with TV, fridge with mini bar, telephone connection, en-suite with hot showers and full size bath tub.
Sylvia Restaurant
The menu available at Sylvia Restaurant is mainly Indonesian cuisine mixed with some Chinese and Local dishes. Fully air-conditioned, with a seating capacity of 80 patrons with parties and special dinners being celebrated regularly.
Function Facilities - Three Choices
Parties, conferences, informal gatherings and even weddings, the three function halls at Sylvia Hotel are of varying sizes and capacities. The largest is enough for over 800 guests. The three halls are all fully air conditioned and come complete with electronic presentation facilities if required.

Looking to check your e-mail or find some info on the web? The Sylvia Hotel is where you can do it with either a high speed LAN connection or try using the wireless hotspot in the main foyer - Kupang's first hotel internet hotspot(WiFi).

Located within the Sylvia Hotel Complex is a branch office of the Bukopin Bank. A Bukopin Bank ATM is also conveniently situated in the main lobby next to the reception desk.
The Bukopin ATM accepts BCA, Prima, ATM Bersama and Alto cards. The Hotel accepts all cards from BCA(Bank Central Asia) for payment of rooms and services.
